As a restaurant operating partner myself, I believe it would be beneficial to implement some form of incentive or recognition program for team members who consistently deliver excellent service, receive 5-star reviews, or successfully upsell limited-time offers. Just a thought to consider—great work like Mary's deserves to be celebrated!“
“You name it, they have it. They don’t have it, you don’t need it. Be open to spending quality time, if you’re in a rush you’ll be very happily slowed down and allowed to relax and enjoy being there. Customer service is too impersonal a description of the interaction, they won’t let you walk out with anything that doesn’t suit you. I’m going back!“

“I visited the Dairy Queen today to get myself something to eat and was greeted by an extremely nice, patient, and enthusiastic employee (her name was Isabella I believe). There’s not many times where my service is good enough to leave a review, but that young lady needs a raise!“

“It was just an average visit. They were very busy. They have a promotion. If you buy the value meal you get a free milkshake but they forgot to give it to me. I mentioned something to Patrick and he brought me one to the table. He was very kind and I think he deserves a raise. You are lucky to have him working for you. He has a smile and is kind to the customers“
