“due to covid 19 and length of my pickup and trailer I cannot use drive thru. Workers have been helpful in ordering my meal and delivering it to my truck. I could not ask for a friendlier, helpful restaurant. The staff need to be commended for their attitude.”

“We were there Saturday night. The lady working the counter was such a blessing to us. Her Christmas spirit really shown bright and that was appreciated so much. In a world where we experience so much negativity it was a breath of fresh air to see her so happy. I didn’t catch her name she was black, looked to be maybe in her 50s. (If not I’m so sorry). I just want to remind her to keep letting her light shine because you never know whose heart you will touch. Also the food was great too.”

“wonderful here I am with my buddy in my car with me at 1am pulling up for some food after getting off work late you would expect someone to be tired or grumpy dealing with us at 1 am almost the end of your shift but no the lady who helped us (Sarah hutchinson) was phenomenal great energy very friendly and respectful even tho my order was annoying with weird instructions like I didn’t want a shell I wanted the ingredients in the bowl she had no reaction to it but awesomely communicated it to her team I get to the window and it was that same very friendly energy I never leave a review but this time I had to after such a great job and the food was great thanks again 🙏”

“The chicken was great, but what was even better was the extremely attentive customer service. The cashier was friendly and had some good advice on meal choices. But, while we were eating the manager and another employee came by to ask if everything was good and if he could get us anything else. He was a genuinely friendly person who cared about all of his customers. I would definitely recommend going to KFC, not only for the food, but for a good old fashion welcome.”

“The food was correct and fresh, BUT who ever was on the first window/drive thru speaker on 12/18/25 at around 11:20 am MADE MY DAY! Seriously, she was so sweet, and fun it was impossible to not be in a good mood while talking to her or hearing her interact with people. She has such a fun bubbly personality i really hope she takes my order next time I use the drive thru!”
