“This fish plate was excellently prepared. Lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. Came in a glass and served with beans as shown. Would recommend anyone looking for a Greta place to swim, this is your place. The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the local architecture as we rode the tank around through the cave areas.“

“Louisville brewery hop stop #2. Such a cool place - a brewery at the end of the local market. Was fun to walk around and see the merchants. Not as large a beer selection as other breweries, but what we had was tasty. Video games and pinball machines nearby make for a fun day.“

“We had some sort of technical error with our bills (apparently a first) but the staff was so friendly and willing to understand the issue and resolve it in any way they could. Really stellar and welcoming team, especially the GM who helped us deal with the issue and was just lovely! Not to mention the great drinks, food, and atmosphere.“

“A group of 8 and 2 teens thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Hop Atomica. With unseasonably beautiful weather, we sought out a brewery with good food and a patio. Hop Atomica delivered all of the above and then some. I wasn’t hungry but the Basil Cheesesticks and house made ranch hands down were some of the best I have had in recent memory. Absolutely worth going back for alone. Cinnamon Sticks too?!?! Yes they also slapped. And don’t get me started on the beer cheese and smoked wings. Our group had them naked because the smoke alone was sufficient flavor. Definitely will return, even if only for food. I wasn’t feeling drinking a lot of beer but I wanted to sample. Flights were generous, Oktoberfest and Dunkel Buck were chef’s kiss. I then stepped inside to order a Rye flight that was curated with some delicious pours I haven’t had. As a Bourbon and Rye enthusiast, their bar program shouldn’t be discounted, they have a formidable selection of delicous bottles. Everyone was so hospitable and Paul came by our table as he was making his rounds. Super nice guy and hilarious discussions ensued about irrational reviews like “people who didn’t enjoy the IPA but they don’t like IPAs anyway.” You can tell they take pride in the place and I want to also say their playlist was absolutely FIRE! 90’s tunes abounded and I was right at home. So Paul, our review is for your team and the hilarious chat about stupid reviews on Yelp. 10/10 recommend.“

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“We went here for a bingo event and had an absolute blast! I wont lie, when we first walked in the vibe just seemed off. We weren't greeted by anyone and had no clue where to sit or how to order drinks or food. We finally asked one of the staff members and got it all figured out. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very friendly! The bingo event was so much fun and we won a bunch of really cool prizes! We will definitely be returning!“

“We stopped here once we went to Angel’s Envy because they were closed. The bartender was so nice and gave some really good advice on a bourbon. He wasn’t too busy so he was waiting on tables while bartending. Nice place, good cocktails and service“
