It is an upper class El Puerto. The ambientance and service makes up for the a little above average food. Prices are fair and it's a give or take kinda place. My experience is it's ok for a quick bite.
I love that their beef doesn't taste like boiled meat. It's flavorful and delicious!

My Prospect go to. They have expanded menu options now. You can get a ribeye or strip steak with grilled vegetables.
Really great Mexican restaurant, the food and staff are top notch. We eat here about once a week as a family, we have always had a great experience. The yolandas are especially good as well as the carne asada tacos and big giant burritos (kiddo’s favorite). The prices are 2022 reasonable, and you really get a lot for your money. You wont leave with buyers remorse by any means. The local choices within driving range are plentiful for restaurants, Los Aztecas is always one of our favorites.
We went on Monday night and it wasn’t crowded so we got seated/greeted right away. The waitress was nice and prompt. The food came out hot and the portions were large. Side note: Trip Advisor has this as ‘Los Aztecas’ but the menu/outdoor sign says ‘Dos Aztecas’

Went to lunch with a friend of mine and I got the Tacos Fajitas. It's 3 tacos stuffed full of steak, peppers, and onions. Came with rice, beans, and Pico with sour cream. For the amount of steak it was fairly priced at 15 bucks. Of course, you get free chips too. Anyway, tacos were fantastic and the service was great. Our server was very attentive. Will definitely go back again.
Food was good! Really loved the enchilada sauce because it tasted homemade. Service was great and the chips and salsa were fresh!
Horrible service! They cancelled my order an hour and a half after I ordered. They still charged $60, and still working on getting them to answer the phone to get credit back Worst experience ever!
Had a quick lunch here. There were three of us and two of our orders were wrong. The food was good and the server was friendly.
Typical Mexican food. There are a lot of places in the Louisville area like this. You could probably name all the items on the menu before you walk in the door.
