Gustavo’s is a science. They have their regimen down. The location in Norton Commons has ample space indoors and outdoors and they are packed. You’re going to run into a crowd and that’s OK there’s plenty of seating. The service is quick. A server will bring out chips and salsa to you. The chips are tasty and well made. Absolutely wonderful service by Juan Alonzo, we will definitely be asking for him by name. Very knowledgeable about menu items and how they are prepared. Amazing saxophone player on Tuesdays from 6-9. Great atmosphere both inside and out. We moved in when it started to rain. All the things we chose to try were outstanding!!! Definitely a restaurant that deserves frequent visits.

If you're sitting outside during summer forget it.... I've literally never seen so many Flys swarming the place I could barely eat. I'm not kidding you when I say there were hundreds of Flys.
Besides the the drinks were amazing, food was good, service was nice and quick. Just eat inside! ?
