Amazing store with Great associates 😀
I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the customer service at this kroger. The man at the gas statiom made a money back mistake and shorted me so i had to go to customer service desk for my refund. very rudly and loudly called the man a RETARD because he made a mistake. this continued with a few employees saying mean and similar remarks about the man. If you are lucky enough to get waited on in the meat deli, congratulations! Every single time I need some sliced deli meats, I end up waiting at least 10 minutes (most of the time longer) before anyone will wait on you. They continue to keep their heads down slicing even if you’re the only customer standing there. Second, the quality of their fresh vegetables has dramatically decreased.
