The Post finally has a competitor in our pursuit of the best Pizza in Louisville. So, why did we like it? Our sausage pizza had generous and flavorful sausage slices. The sauce was superb. The crust was tender. Perfectly cooked. The crust had a nice brown crisp crust. These new places that burn your crust and call it " NY Style" are misguided. Great environment at the restaurant.
