But you need to know that the wings are expertly cooked very well seasoned perfect perfectly made and you get the best deal for buying the 20. Still wings are expensive everywhere, so keep that in mind. Still if I have to pay a ton for wings, they’d better be this good. And they are good.“

“We stopped by Saints Pizza Pub & SkyBar on a Friday evening while hanging out with friends in Louisville and looking for a new bar to try. We ended up really liking the place. It has a fun, relaxed pub vibe inside, with a good bar setup and plenty of drink options, especially if you like trying different beers.

We ordered a few things to share, including the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Buffalo Chicken Dip, pizza, and wings. Everything came out good and worked well for a group since we were mostly there to snack, talk, and enjoy the evening. The dips were a nice start, the wings were flavorful, and the pizza was exactly the kind of food you want at a casual bar hangout.

What we liked most was the overall atmosphere. It didn’t feel too formal or rushed, so it was a nice spot to sit around, have a few beers, and catch up with friends. Definitely a good place in St. Matthews if you’re looking for pizza, wings, drinks, and an easygoing place to spend a Friday night.

“This venue has a distinctive vibe. It’s somewhat lively and loud, but for those who prefer a calmer, more private space, there is a separate, cozy section at the end of the bar featuring a small desk where you can comfortably order drinks and food. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and welcoming. We visited specifically to watch a football match, and it was an excellent experience. The venue is equipped with multiple large screens, making it one of the best spots to relax and hang out with friends while enjoying the game.“

“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

But Haley the bartender was such a sweet lady, and the rest of the patrons we're nice to get along with. If you would like a nice neighborhood bar AKA a dive I would totally suggest this place“

“Road motorcycles up from Nashville grabbed a couple pizzas and some Cokes pizzas were very good meet so new people and had a great time“

“Was there Monday for karaoke and had a great time. The DJ had the crowd engaged all night and people were clearly enjoying themselves. The sudden wave of negative reviews doesn’t reflect what actually happened and honestly feels more targeted than genuine. Respect to this place for handling things with integrity and sticking with someone whose company consistently delivers!“

“For my sons birthday, Jacob Withrow ,he wanted family to meet at the Village Anchor (10 of us ) We all have been raving over how good the food was after we left there yesterday. It all came out in a timely manner and done the way we asked , and Bravo to the chef. Our waitress Melissa was fantastic she was on to of everything and made sure we all were taken care of and happy . My husband is very picky when it comes to food and he was absolutely gives 10 stars to the Village Anchor. We all said we would make the 2 1/2 hour drive to eat there again.
