Quick service on a hotel day. Only ordered drinks and a couple of food items. They were out of lemonade. The pretzel actually tasted like a buttery mini doughnut.
This is the second time I’ve been to this sonic and both times, I pulled up to a stall, pressed the red button, and waited and waited for nobody to answer. As I did the time before, I switched to my phone and made a mobile order, then drove around to one of the pickup spots and checked in. A sweet carhop came to my window a few min later with an order for someone else by mistake. No problem! He was super sweet and clearly overworked — I think he was the only server there....read full review
Forgot our sauces...it happens. The guy that walked the food out was a jerk. Have your bad day, but don't take it out on customers.
