Stopped @ the Richmond, Ky location today. Stood at the counter for a long several minutes with no staff acknowledging our presence!! Two young ladies were in the back talking. Personal possessions were on the front counter by the cash registers including a backpack, jacket, etc. The floor behind counter was soiled with ice chips and French fries. Ordered a meal online. Arrived at the location and pulled into designated takeout spots. Called the designated phone number on the sign and the phone rang seven times with no answer. Proceeded to go to door and realize that the lobby was closed at 2 PM. No problem. Return to car and call designated number again. Line was busy. After four or five attempts, finally got an answer.
