I went in last week and I was told they were out of roast beef and walked out. Went in today and ordered chicken tenders, pulled pork, and a roast beef sandwich. We had to stand there waiting to give our order, even though no one was there. The chicken was almost burnt and crunchy, and the meal was missing the dipping sauce. The fries were almost burnt. The pulled pork was missing the BBQ sauce. We were told to wait, and then waited twice as long as we were told for the food with no one in the restaurant or drive through.

Wasn't even able to order. We went inside and kept being told someone would be right with us. There were no customers. So we decided to go through the drive thru and waited 10mins no service still and we left for sonic instead

I’m ordering my food in the drive thru speaking to one person and then the manager gets on the headset very rude with taking my order. Had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. I’m not even sure why the manager got on the headset but after rudely taking my order I asked “what is the attitude about” when I got to the window, I was denied service. What is wrong with people?! I see why this place barely has customers as is.

Literally waited 40 mins for a slider and cheese stick ridiculous
**EDIT 4/8/25** I was just told they no longer carry the 3 pepper sauce and that was literally the only reason I got Arby's instead of just making RB sandwiches at home. Guess today was my last Arby's trip for the foreseeable future. The service was great, but the food is meh without the 3 pepper sauce. Sad days.
I'm a big fan or roast beef and especially of the 3 pepper sauce! I'd give anything to be able to buy that sauce by the bottle! I stop here fairly frequently and they havnt messed up my order at all, yet anyways haha.
