The blonde manager is the sweetest lady ever. I actually went today and she was working. (:

Waited a half hour in the drive thru for cold fries but the workers were absolutely nice as could be and very apologetic about it all.

Ever since they’ve redone this place it’s Trash they don’t care bout customers have no sense of urgency. And they are all rude as hell. I had to ring their bell to get their attention

Never gives you the bronco berry sauce with your jalapeno bites. Especially on Doordash. Meat is always cold and you'll be lucky if you get double meat if you ask for it. They even forgot to put tzatziki sauce on my Gyro and that's 1/2 the flavor profile. Not sure what happened but the quality of this location is sub-par and I can no longer order from here.

The management at this place needs to be fired. They stated they were short handed but it took thirty minutes to arrive. People standing around at the fry machine. No one at the counter. It appears that no one is in charge. Cars are lined up around building because food is not being prepared. I would have shut down for the day before I let this much poor customer service occur. I like this location but not sure I will come back until it is under new management.

Took a while, but the cashier was friendly. People in the back yelling with the manager about orders and portions were not right. Remodel looks good. I'll try it again

I have never had to wait longer in a drive thru. Absolutely insane wait times even when not busy.

I ordered a chicken wrap and did not receive it, as well as a double cheddar sandwich, adding on lettuce, tomato and onion. It came to me plain, not even cheese sauce on it, and the meat was bright pink. I attempted to eat it and someone had place 3 peices of gristle on top of the mound of meat. Probably the worst Arby's experience I've ever had

Went through there drive thur. Drove all the way home to find a sandwich was missing. Called the store and spoke to Jarrod who apologized for the mistake. Told me he would replace the sandwich and refund my $. So made another trip to town to find they couldn't do a refund with out my debit card. I said instead of the $ just replace my order. Ha gave me a expired card and told me to bring that back and they would replace my order. So I called the next day and spoke to a manager that wasn't Jarrod. Ask if we could come in and get our order replaced with the card. Was told (no problem) so put the family in the truck and away we went. Got to the store( that only had 2 customers) and spoke to the manager from the phone calls and was told the card was only to replace the sandwich. Tried explain the events from the day before. He want to the back and called Jarrod came back and said that Jarrod only said he would replace the sandwich. Which made me look like I was being dishonest. Told the I would call the manager on the expired card and talk to him. A employee said he would get (marks) number off the back wall. When he came back the assistant manager stopped him in the drive thru and told him to not give me marks number or cooperate number.so after 6 trip to town and back I was not given what was told to me. I plan on calling cooperate in the morning and telling them how dishonest that store is. I remember back when the customer was always right.
****UPDATE!!!!! as of June 2024 I've worked for this restaurant and I've seen things that have caused me to stop eating at Arby's. Under cooked roast beef, over cooked roast beef. The freezer being left off long enough to thaw out the continents in the freezer then re-freeze it again. The new turkey being put in hot water to quick thaw it then leave it out at room temperature and hours later portion it out and put it back in the cooler. This restaurant was forced closed by the Madison county health department on Thursday December 5th. For the few of you that actually read restaurant reviews NEVER NEVER!!!! eat at this restaurant! It is closed for remodel until February. It may be a new store but the same management and employees will be preparing your food. I will stay in contact with the Madison county health department after they reopen so they will be closed AGAIN when they return to unsafe food preparation practices. REMEMBER DO NOT EAT AT THIS ARBYS.

My curly fries was cold, my husband's fries was hot and fresh. And they were out of Arby's sauce. But the young lady at the window was very polite

More often than not, whenever I come here they always re-heat old fries in the fryer and it's absolutely disgusting, ruins the whole meal. How hard is it to make new fries? It takes about 2-4 mins tops, and no one wants old fries. I spent $13 to get old, REHEATED fries. This is the second time I've left a review about this issue.

The staff here seems almost incompetent. Customer service doesn’t exist here. The manager working the evening of 11/9/24 is very rude. I usually don’t come to this Arby’s, I drive further to the one at Love’s truck stop because it’s a much better store, and I’m reminded again tonight why.

Open for 30 minutes and can’t take an order. No respect for customer’s time.
