First time here , had the best pralines and cream , ice cream that was amazing ! Went on a cold January day , and wasn't busy . Didn't realize , they had a drive through ! Jessica , was absolutely amazing , her kindness she showed us , was top notch . She noticed I was with an elderly gentleman and helped me , constantly the entire visit , she went over and beyond ! Mary was also , just as kind , these girls are , exactly who I would want to work for myself , if I owned this store !

Placed an order online so I wouldn’t have to wait for a quart and a pint to get scooped. Big mistake. DO NOT order ahead unless you’re ok not getting what you wanted. There were no comparable flavors so I asked for a refund on the one I couldn’t get, they had to call the manager to even ask and they were told I’d have to do it online. I’ll be damned if I leave without a refund or product so I chose a flavor. It’s absolutely not the fault of the employees working there, and they were just fine… but if Baskin Robbin’s doesn’t have a good inventory system (not sold out, just not even there) they shouldn’t offer online orders. All I see online is a customer service number. You can’t even fill out a form. I’m not wasting even more of my time but anyone else that might order online needs to know.

i ordered a waffle cone, and the guy who scooped it had visibly disgusting hands and didn’t wear gloves. his hands touched the cone. he also took my money, and likely didn’t wash his hands after that

Sat at the drive thru for 7-8 minutes while a single order was filled in from of me. Never acknowledged me in the drive thru. Sat for another couple of minutes. Spoke to the speaker to get someone’s attention. Crickets. Drove up to the window and sat another minute. Finally drove around the building. Not a customer inside and two employees standing there talking to each other. Went home without ice cream.

One of some great ice cream shops in Richmond! It’s always kept extremely clean inside, including the bathrooms. The ice cream is always REALLY good for a not too expensive price. Customer service is usually pretty friendly and welcoming. I have never seen this place busy! I would recommend if here if you’re looking for some good ice cream pretty quickly.
