Placed an order online so I wouldn’t have to wait for a quart and a pint to get scooped. Big mistake. DO NOT order ahead unless you’re ok not getting what you wanted. There were no comparable flavors so I asked for a refund on the one I couldn’t get, they had to call the manager to even ask and they were told I’d have to do it online. I’ll be damned if I leave without a refund or product so I chose a flavor. It’s absolutely not the fault of the employees working there,...

One of some great ice cream shops in Richmond! It’s always kept extremely clean inside, including the bathrooms. The ice cream is always REALLY good for a not too expensive price. Customer service is usually pretty friendly and welcoming. I have never seen this place busy! I would recommend if here if you’re looking for some good ice cream pretty quickly.

I ordered a cake for a friend and the experience I had was unbelievable. The manager & McKayla went out of their way to make this the best experience I have had. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend visiting this store. He really enjoyed the cake, it was delicious! Thank you ladies for everything!
