I only use delivery or pick-up. The employees are always friendly though, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized. Delivery Driver is always friendly and follows the instructions for leaving at my door.

My fiancée and I have been coming to big city for about 5 years now, when we first started going everything was SO good but in the past couple years we’ve gotten suspicious that management has been getting onto employees for how much cinnamon sugar they put on the cinnamon knots because they used to be swimming in the sauce and now it looks like they lightly brush it on… pizza is still amazing just disappointed that we keep paying for the knots hoping it’s like they used...

If your heading to Eldora (for any race) coming through Richmond stopping at the Buc-ee's you need to stop in!!!! Definitely worth every penny. This will be my go to stop from now on!!
