beautiful outside today, decided to eat here on their porch. the lady that seated us said they sometimes forget people on the porch and she feels so bad. she told us as she walked away that she wouldn't forget us. well, she did. I went to wash my hands and reminded her again. they never came! not good service at all!
Not even “slow service”, there was no service at all. We asked if we could sit outside and they said yes. When we got our table we asked them jokingly “don’t forget about us out here!”…we sat outside for about 20 minutes. No one even asked us what we wanted to drink, my mom went inside to wash her hands and reminded them we were outside. Another 10 minutes and no one ever came. We got up and left. Very disappointed.
Our food came out little bits at a time over the course of 30 minutes. The server said they train the staff to do that and bring it out as it comes up in the window…never have known a restaurant to do that. Shouldn’t you bring it all out when it’s ready so one person isn’t eating their meal while everyone else is waiting?? Also the order was wrong.
