Foods good but the service is crazy at times, it’s been plenty of times they will make you leave the drive through window and bring the food out to you when there’s NO ONE in the drive through it’s crazy. Hopefully no one is in a hurry and this is at night almost every time I go

I got a meal earlier on 12/27/24 and am still getting sick from it. The try I got was very greasy the side food was cold. After eating I threw it up in the restroom but the floor was super sticky. I wasted 11$ will not eat at this bk again. Last time I order from them I got the fried pickles and they was very old and greasy. I don't think they cook things fresh or clean properly. No food try should leave grease on your hand 🤢🤢.

On Friday, Nov 8 2024, I placed an online order for pickup. I only have 30 minutes to get and eat my lunch, so I ordered ahead to save myself time. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 1145am. I arrived on time for pick up and told them I was there to pick up my online order. They turned around and checked the pick-up bin where a bag with my name was but with only part of my order inside. Never turning around to inform me of a wait for the rest of my food or why my order wasn't done, the employee went back to helping drive thru with their orders. Approximately 13 minutes later, I was handed my bag, and I went on my way. The whole point of ordering ahead in the app was obsolete. I had wasted half of my lunch break waiting on food I had ordered 45 minutes early. The service was completely lazy and inexcusable. Simply bad service and no customer interaction. The place had a line, too. I frequent this restaurant often but I think this may have changed my mind on that.

Service was great but I asked for a Wednesday Whopper with cheese and ketchup only but they gave me a regular Whopper instead. I trust they were out of the purple bun in that case.
