This was the worst ever . My son and I walk in and the girl acted like we had just ruined her life with our order, every time I said an item she tried to walk away and I said I’m not done , six mozzarella sticks and fries, cheese was so dried up inside I couldn’t eat 4 of them, fries were okay, she dropped a bag on counter and I said we need a tray this is for here,she didn’t ask here or to go , went to the table sat down no marinara sauce salt or ketchup? Went back ask for some she said um just a minute, my son is autistic 24 yrs old and would go back again lol I’m going to tell him they closed down 😆

New burger King in Richmond, I would not recommend going around closing time. Food was greasy tasting and not fresh at all. Cashier was not attentive and didn't put sauce requested in bag. Ate there last weekend and it was good.

Just went through the drive through real quick to pick up food for my sister and all so I can't give it a five star rating because I don't know what the inside was like.But the food was good.It was hot and it was as ordered

Worst service I have ever seen at a fast food place. Managers seem confused at to how to keep a steady flow. Orders taking 5-20 mins to receive orders. A lot of people Standing around looking at their thumbs up their butts while people are standing in line waiting to order, people waiting for the food they already ordered. I really can’t wait for the other store to open!! Hopefully none of these workers or management will beat the other bK. Won’t be back. Sad part is I had time to write this while waiting on my order that I still haven’t received.

This location is not a go to.... The recent remodel opened the floor more and looks nicer. My problem with this store is behind the counter, employees seem to be anoid by customers by simply walking through the door. Cant wait for the new richmond location to open, hopefully the staff will be better at handling customers.

I picked up my Whopper with ketchup only order that I placed through the app. When I got to the window I specifically ask the woman is this ketchup only and she said yes. I wanted to verify because I've tried to order this through the app before and it was wrong and the ticket on the bag did not specify catch up only, again she said yes it's ketchup only. I get to work 15 minutes down the road Open my Whopper and it has everything on it. So I call and get horrible customer service basically get blamed for not ordering it right and told that they have no control over the app. Lousy customer service, horrible experience, I won't be back. I also realize in posting this review that nobody at the Burger King location cares that I won't be back and probably no one at corporate cares because that's just how things are these days but hopefully this review will help other people.

The whopper is the burger that ALL burgers are compared to. Can't really speak about service since its mostly automated by the kiosk. Atmosphere should be cozy in my opinion.
