This was a really busy Chick-fil-A .The chicken straps were tasty and prepared right. The kale salad was delicious. Service was just a little slow because of the number of people. I would go here again.

All of the young adults waiting on us were so polite. They were kind and efficient with all of the cars. I am gluten free and I am never worried about my food here. They keep everything separated. I always check and if there are any issues, they fix it promptly for me.

Too crowded, food was cold and not correct as ordered, second time around the food was wrong again. The parking lot is a disaster waiting to happen but if you wanna feel like cattle being herded to the trough and almost get into an accident....this is the place for you. 10/12/25-note-I really hated to try this place again but felt like it deserved a second chance, MY Mistake, won't happen again. I arrived at 11:15am...not very busy, still could not find a handicap parking spot, the only 2 were taken. Not good. When I finally made it inside I was 2nd in line, I thought...yeehaw. Then 2 school buses with teenagers showed up and walked in. When the sfb behind the counter seen that, he totally looked at me and said hang on and started filling lots of cups with ice and drinks and totally blew me off for 5 minutes. That's it, I'm done with the stupidity at this location and lack of leadership for the absent minded kids who need more than education tuition. No need to go inside and waste my time anymore.
Wheelchair accessibility: NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. Only 2 spaces in front to access ramp to front door. God forbid if you try to cross the massive line waiting to order drive thru, even if you did, the curb is about 6" high and not friendly for wheelchairs or persons using a walker.

They recently renovated it and removed the play area that show in the previous photos. Not a good stop to get your kids out to play if on a road trip anymore.
Delicious food that comes at an absolutely glacial pace. Having eaten at basically every Chick-fil-A in Lexington, it is mind-boggling how slowly this particular location handles a full drive-thru. I have no doubt this is not at all the fault with the workers, and entirely some sort of managerial decision in being resistant to properly staff the location to handle busy hours.
