Terrible customer service. Drive thru people stand next to you and still have a hard time listening to get correct order. And after we got our food they didn't get the order right they didn't want to make it right and fix it. Don't go here

It should not take 15+ minutes in a line of 10-12 cars to do breakfast. If the line was wrapped around the building and down the road..sure. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was fine as usual but your drive through line needs work!

I've been to many CFA's across the south and especially home state of Kentucky but this is the Dirtiest CFA I've ever been to. My wife was waiting at register and noticed pooled water from the counter getting on her shirt. As we went to find a seat, we noticed a half eaten nuggets and fries on the floor and other food and debris under the seats on the floor. Our food was fine (thank goodness!) but my wife reported even the ladies bathroom had no soap and trash was overfilling. Cleanliness is mandatory at all restaurants. I was really surprised to see a CFA this dirty. This was around 3pm on slow Friday so no excuse other than poor management.
