First time ever trying this place today due to a recommendation from my coworker…absolutely incredible food, friendly service, and an all around great experience with high quality food. Will definitely be back!

Got 2 tacos & a taco salad. The tacos were meh but edible. The salad was gross. It was ground beef with barely any lettuce, and this was after I asked for more lettuce. The taco bowl tasted old. Ended up tossing it after just a few bites.

my taco salad was gross. barely any lettuce (after I asked for more lettuce) and the ground beef was greasy & looked like it had been sitting there all day. the tacos were meh but edible. I'll go to one of the 5 other Mexican restaurants within 2 miles of you from now on.

Me and my girlfriend absolutely love don senor, been multiple times without a complaint. Today we got two burritos takeout and was eating them and my girlfriend ended up finding a random piece of plastic within her burrito and completely ruined her appetite. I know mistakes happen but this is a large piece of plastic and definitely should've been noticed. It's a shame to think about our favorite burrito restaurant differently now.

Don Senors has been one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. Tonight June 8th 2024 as I was eating dinner there around 730, I saw Not One but Two mice running in and out of the booths to the other side of the lobby in the span of 5 minutes. I will no longer go there

Anything anyone has to say negative about this place are you’re typical Karen’s. This place is the best spot in Richmond for Mexican food hands down. Large portions. Friendly staff. And a price you can’t beat with a stick. You basically get two meals in one every time. You could eat here once a day and meet every caloric intake you needed. Top tier nothing compares.

Great service

Came in tonight as my favorite taco truck had closed due to the rain. When I arrived the employee up front was helping the only customer at the counter. He called back for another employee to come help me. I ordered a quesadilla with tinga (chicken & onions in a chipotle sauce). The guy started making it but I noticed he was making it like a burrito not a quesadilla like I asked. I proceeded to ask for beans for my quesadilla hoping he would notice he was messing up my food. But he didn’t so me being the person that I am I just proceeded to order like I wanted a burrito and added lettuce, by this time the first employee was done with the previous customer and came over to help with my order. The first employee evidently heard me order a quesadilla and so he just pushed the food on the tortilla over and folded it then placed onto the griddle to cook it. Lettuce and all! By this point I was annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. I finished and paid, definitely will not be back again.
