Coffee and food is great, but they add 95% ice and 5% iced coffee in their drinks. This Dunkin and the one down the street does it. Starbucks don’t do this, the damn drink is gone in 5 sips. Then when you get an iced latte and say less ice the drink is missing 3 inches worth of liquid up top. I mean, it’s not really that hard to be a barista. Train your employees better

I recently visited this location and was disappointed by their approach to drink sizing and pricing. Despite being known for its affordability, the value for money here is questionable. On my latest visit, I ordered an a matcha but requested no ice. To my surprise, the barista filled the cup only two-thirds of the way, significantly reducing the amount of beverage I received.

This practice seems quite stingy, especially since the price remains the same regardless...
