Just about every single time I’ve been through the drive thru, they either forget a very important item that I ordered or do not give me a fork. The food is subpar, but that’s not even my biggest gripe with this place. One or two times, whatever. But it’s been almost every single time for the past year or so.

People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. Friday night January 13,2023 I took my baby in to eat. Her food was cooked and she loved it. However my ziti was not fully cooked, nasty and slimy. All they said was they could remake it. Made my stomach turn and was worse experience ever. Manager never even came out to speak to me or apologize for the food. Wouldn’t recommend this dish to anyone!!!! 😡😡😡
