My food was great but one of the people I was with had a realy stiff bottom hamburger bun. I waited for a but and none of the employees came to wash my hands but other than that can't complain
The place erupted when I walked in. Mark, who should be the manager, knows how to treat customers that deserve the VIP treatment.
The atmosphere was electric and I got to experience what makes Richmond a unique town. The fans cry out for a true football team, yet sadly have an incompetent coach (LNB3).

I went to the wrong Hardee's for my pick up order and the worker/supervisor Mackenzie at the South Keeneland branch in Richmond ky filled my order anyway. Very professional and helpful! 5 stars to her for her kindness.
