McDonalds is good food. Not great or exceptional but good. The ambiance is generally all the same. This one however has some employees that are less then friendly and a real issue with their jobs and the customers. They are in no hurry to get anyone their food.
This is one of the better McDonald's in Richmond. The layout of the outside is a little confusing, but everything else is great.
When going in its fine to order stuff but if you order in the drive thru they always find a way to mess up your order, how do you mess up a cheeseburger with only ketchup by putting more stuff on it

Despite this minor issue, McDonald's delivers a generally satisfactory meal and service in this location. Customers enjoy watching traffic from the parking lot and appreciate the quick, hot food served in a curbside pickup style.
