Someone needs to take over this McDonald's. The night crew is terrible, rude and the manager is face timing people instead of helping. 40 minutes to get a order filled with them not busy. It just keeps going down hill people standing around lime zombies looking like they don't know what to do.

Order 2 hotcakes & sausage platers. For my Mother & stepdad. I had to pull up & wait, which was no issue, but when I got 2 my Mom’s house, there was a sausage missing from one order. If you’re going to make a car pull up & wait, you should at least make sure all the food is in their order. This also happened once, with a Big Mac. The Hamburger patties were Missing. Just buns, special sauce, lettuce & cheese in the Box.

James Hamilton was such a good guy, really cared about helping us. He's great, 5 stars for him. Our food was a bit slow, he noticed we were eager to get back on the road, so he did up from his dinner break to help us. He had a friendly smile and some friendly tools about driving this stretch of highway. I can't remember the joke but it's clear he likes to laugh. The McDonald's is fine, no surprises, but James was a really good guy to help us out.

This store the poster child for why AI will replace low level jobs.Lack of general competence from this store. Assuming you get your order at all - and it's somehow not messed up - it's decent food.

I don’t pretend that McDonald’s is fast or affordable anymore, but this one was just embarrassing. The staff seemed to all be confused about everything and things were taking longer than you’d expect for an actual sit down restaurant. The only saving grace was at least it was clean. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day?

I used to work here. I was a cook, and I've seen people handle the food without gloves managers included. The atmosphere was pretty hostile. Management doesn't care about employees. My father passed away, and they acted as if I was lying they showed no empathy. They also talk about other employees in Spanish they think some of us don't understand I know what Morano means then they look at a black person and laugh this is Management mostly and they show more favoritism to the Hispanics there since the higher store managers are of that descent. THEY HAVE FAVORITES THERE, and it shouldn't be like that. So I quit and found somewhere else to work

I went through this morning to get my daughter and I pancakes and a steak, egg and cheese bagel. Once we got home, I noticed that I didn't have the bagel. I know I should have checked and that it was on me, but when I called Lori, the manager, she had me come back and made it right. She was so sweet and didn't ask any questions, she just made it right. That is true customer service!!
