It took over 1 hour for us to get our food, which in the end wasn't the worst: half our meals were cold and when we asked for an extra fork and some napkins they were never brought. The weirdest part was that we got 18% added to one of our bills (3people) and none added to the other bill (4people). Also, we never saw the exact breakdown of charges since she never gave us the actual bill, but only the signature one. Very disappointed. Do not expect to get anything like the pictures. Also, the food quality does not reflect the prices that went up over the past years.

Bacon was a mix of crispy pieces and soft pieces. The sausage links were not cooked long enough.
I also had the caramel and vanilla pancakes... they were AMAZING!

DON’T COME HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO BE SERVED ANYTHING ORHER THAN COFFE AND LIES!!!!!! Sat down at 10:47am ordered drinks and food. 11:55 started to question about our food and was told we could leave. Asked to speak to a manager and after another 5 minutes an Assistant Manager from the kitchen came out and says ‘ don’t know what to say other than we have 3 new cooks’ told him that was BS because we watched 4 other tables seated after us get served and leave. On the was our made sure to tell everyone waiting to NOT expect their food!! Will not return to this restaurant!!!

**11/1/2025 UPDATE. **
After continued messages and phone calls with their customer service we agreed to return after we were invited and was promised the manager would be ready to give us the experience they strive for. We told customer service we would be there 6:00pm’ish and when we got there we waited for several minutes at the counter to be acknowledged and at the same time we were told ‘it’s going to be at least 30 minutes’ ….i told the server tell the manager our return was set up through customer service. There was a larger party sitting in the right side as you look over the seats and on the left side there was 2 tables seated. That was it. So much for their ‘Customer Experience’ they promised.
Keep in mind there are several breakfast options very close but this one will not see any business from us

For my son’s birthday, he went with his grandparents and just wanted a pancake with whipped cream and sprinkles. They ordered, waited over a hour (he patiently waited) and they asked the server after a hour when they would have their food, while other larger tables that were seated after them had already eaten and left. She said the kitchen was backed up, and said she could check to see how long it would be and then asked if they just wanted to leave. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager Because my son left sad, that he never got his birthday pancake(hungry) and was told he could not talk right now and I’d have to wait for an hour to speak with him and that nothing would be resolved by talking to him anyways. Now it’s after breakfast, and they’re having to go somewhere else to try to eat.

We were traveling through and stopped for breakfast at 7am on a Saturday. We were seated and watch not one but two cockroaches on the table. One scurried as the coffee pot was picked up by the waitress and another came out from the condiment area on the table. At that point we got up to leave. I politely shared why we were leaving so abruptly. The waitress asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I declined. I told her what we had experienced (and knowing the kitchen where food is prepared would be even worse). It was disappointing an apology wasn’t the natural reaction.

Arrived on a Monday afternoon . Had to wait to be seated . After being seated the service was slow . Liz took our order and we didn't see her again till the food was served . We then saw her once after that .
She was extremely friendly , but we were needing more attention .
I ordered the BLT , which was good and the French fries were hot .
Just took over 25 minutes to get .

It was later in the evening, there was 1 or 2 other people in the restaurant. They didn't have French fries. The server was not good. He didn't ask if we needed refills or how the food was. I won't be back, I was just passing through the area.

Been here 3 times. 1st was the best out of the three but wasn't great. Second time was seated and then waited 10 minutes and no came to the table. There was maybe 4 customers at the time. I walked out and manager followed me out to say she was sorry. 3rd time there was several people in line waiting to be served and line never moved in 5 minutes! There was many tables open? Seemed to be short handed. I have always liked IHOP but last time I will stop at this one. 🙁
