We walked in and saw several people sitting down waiting which was the first bad sign. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait and the people next to us were talking about how they had to wait 25 minutes. We waited 15 minutes and asked them again how much longer it would be and they said another 15 or 20 minutes. They blamed the wait on the kitchen when in reality food was coming out quickly. We didn't even get in to eat because of the wait time and the less than service. Management needs to be fixed before we ever come back here.

Having read other reviews prior, we went in knowing it wasn't gonna be the best or fastest service, and we weren't disappointed.
Seemed to be almost as many servers as there were tables, yet we waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted, drinks and such came out relatively steady, long wait for food. Kitchen clearly short staffed, had a problem with something and had to wait for manager to come off the line. She did handle the issue no complaints, offered to do more for us, but we had to make an appointment.

Food is edible but, mediocre at best. Got a order of biscuits and gravy and if you want gravy to cover the biscuits, you have to pay extra. People came in 10 minutes after us and got served before us. This is a pet peeve of mine. It shouldn't happen. The waitress was great. The gravy thing will keep me from coming back.

The food was good-typical of any IHOP. The service was slow- this is usually the expectation for this location. There was an unpleasant odor- but honestly could have been coming from the group seated behind us.

Very good food, nice selection on the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our server was wonderful as well, she came to check on us frequently, she was very attentive, and kind.
Service was fast and friendly. If you are tired of fast food this place is a good choice.

I went twice so far, each time, the service was kinda slow. My partner ordered the spicy omelet but it barley came with the veggies promised so we had to request some on the side. No avocados as promised. I got the Cali melt and it was good! But little to no avocados again. The staff was nice and made it right. The next time we went the same thing happened again unfortunately. My partner ordered the crispy original chicken sandwich and they ended up giving it to the wrong person 😅 a different lady ordered the same thing but not crispy, hers was grilled and was given to us instead so had to wait another 13 minutes on his food while I eat in front of him. I had the Cali again and it was great! Wish it was knocked off our bill or a discount would have been nice at that point.

Food was decent. About what you expect from i hop. However they charge an automatic 18% for myself, wife and 4 kids as a gratuity. I tip for service, do not like being forced to tip 18% if the service is poor.

Not many people visits it as it's quite challenging to get to if you aren't familiar exactly where to turn off the main road. Staff is wonderful and food is great.
Waited an hour for breakfast. It never showed. We left and went across the street.

I normally love IHOP. I didn't like this particular one. The bacon was terrible. It looked like it had been cooked and reheated a number of times. Our server rushed us to order in spite of being told we needed time to read the menu. My eggs were cold by the time the toast arrived. The entire place just had a bad feel to it.
