The food was terrible, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was horrible. The nicest person in the whole restaurant was the gentleman sitting people at the front of the house. The server brought food and then disappeared and couldn't even get refills on drinks. Omelet had no cheese in it at all, chciken biscuit was sub-par, biscuit was definitely undercooked and still doughy, chicken was dry. Even though the restaurant was completely empty with multiple seats available, they will not seat you until your entire party is there. Will never visit again, and this restaurant needs to close along with all the other mismanaged failed restaurants in this town.

Me and my wife and kids just went to ihop this morning and the service was real bad some people got there food first even tho they was after us and on top of that are food was cold never ever going back to ihop in Richmond not worth $68 dollars hopefully we get better service somewhere else.

Worst service I've ever had at an Ihop. No hostess when you walked in. Waited in a line of people to be seated. A waitress finally came and seated us. Restaurant was way under half seated, open tables and booths in every section. We knew what we wanted to order so we ordered as soon as our waitress took our drink order. Took over a hour to get our food. No drink refills, never seen our waitress again. Food did come out hot, and was good quality. Service is just not happening here.

Their regional mgr called me and was reasonable. The mgr and I couldn't come to terms on my supposedly free food and was being petty and got loud about a shortstack, though I ordered a large. We heard from family after fact this was the worst location and not to go there... too late. Can't say I ever had a diner ruin my day except for a nasty breakfast, but their attitude was country not city. My French toast were great, luckily. Our server was amusing. All that arguing and when I did an accurately disgraced survey on them, I got free pancakes. Did not expect to have issues using their reward tokens via app on my order plus the to go for the kids.

Keep trying to support this place but they make it hard to do! Stood in line for 15 mins waiting before they came and said…. “Can you wait for our server to get here?!” It’s Black Friday! You over schedule for certain days and send folks home if you don’t need them!

If I call the store to remind them to give me my sauces, and they say they will, I expect to see them in my bag (delivery). This isn't the first time I've asked for ranch/ honey mustard over the phone and they don't add it. Am I supposed to eat plain, dry chicken?

Brought a pickup order back to our hotel. Ordered strawberry banana pancakes and strawberry cheesecake pancakes and a build your own omelette requesting cheese and hash browns. Pancakes were pretty small with a little dinky cup of strawberries and whipped cream on the side. Not even enough to cover the top of the stack of pancakes let alone drip down the side. Hash browns were ordered crispy and they were not inside of the omelette like I requested and certainly we're not crispy. Got back with no salt and pepper but a handful of ketchup packets. Omelette showed coming with a short stack of buttermilk pancakes and that was not in the bag so the advertising on that is deceitful. If you are expecting pancakes with your omelette make sure you order them on the side. I wondered were all the extra ketchup packets to put on the rest of your pancakes that were not covered by the strawberries?
Won't be back! When we got seated there were hardly any people there. Not only did we sit too long to be waited on the waitress spilled water all over me. Very annoyed and disappointed.

The food is decent, nothing special but worth the cost. My main issue is how the AC is CRANKED, so much so I found myself needing a heavy coat or blanket in the middle of summer.
