“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!“

“Had an issue a couple of weeks ago that was not quite mad mushrooms fault, and they still offered a small gift card and then tonight our driver refused to let me reimburse her for the cookie she bought us because she felt so bad about every thing. 🥹 it’s so hard to find good honest workers who are just kind and both the supervisor/manager and the worker were so sweet.“

“Friendly staff, good service, and a firm yet polite manager (Laura Zantos) who really made our experience great as we stopped at this Olive Garden after driving for 6 hours.
We came in an hour before closing an ordered unlimited soup and salads. They ran out of soup but were very kind and worked with us to ensure that we were still satisfied with the food.
Would recommend this Olive Garden!“
