“We stopped in for a lite dinner traveling south from 2 funerals in northern Michigan and had the never ending soup n’ salad. This did the trick for traveling. Not to heavy but very satisfying. Always consistent and our waitress gave us very good service. ( When the soup ran out she had the cooks make more for us) I’m sure other patrons benefited also from that. Love the Zuppa & Gnocchi soups😋“

“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!“
