Jimmy john's used to be good. I'm not sure what happened; Maybe they're under new ownership in the last year or so. We used to order from there maybe even once a week, but I just can't do it anymore. The last few times we ordered, they have been awful. Just for example, this last time we ordered 7 sandwiches, and only 1 or 2 came out correctly. The bread on the toasted ones was practically burnt, the bacon was so salty, they couldn't eat it. We had missing ingredients ingredients we didn't ask for. They no longer label the sandwiches, even though I add names to the order, they don't cut them in half when we request it. And worst of all, I live 3 minutes from the store, and it took an HOUR for them to deliver it - so much for their motto of being fast. When I called the store to check on our order, I talked to a guy I could barely understand and he claimed they were going to contact the driver while I sat on hold. I kind of suspect they were making our sandwiches in the background, because magicly my order arrived within the next 10 minutes. They're bread is no longer fresh like it used to be, and the sandwiches are just sloppy. So now that their customer service is gone as well, I will not be returning. There are plenty of better choices.

Standard jimmy johns, quick service, and decent prices. Biggest issue with this Jimmy Johns is its location. It’s incredibly hard to get to if you’re not coming late at night or crossing the highway towards the Richmond centre. If not the only way to get to it is a U-turn at the bridge if you can make it and then turn into the gas station.

This was my first time trying this place and I am horribly disappointed ☹️ my sandwich barely had and sauce and the bread tasted like hand sanitizer🫨 I am absolutely appalled by this; not to mention when I walked in all the employees were in the back watching a fight of some sort and only after waiting 10 minutes only one person came out and was very rude. 10/10 do not recommend 😡

The only reason you got a two on atmosphere is because I saw two of your employees picking up trash in parking lot yesterday. Try our new toasted ie... (Burnt 🔥) Sub. Don't ever do that to me again please. I shouldn't have to check it, but then again see where that got me. Hungrier down right broken hearted. That's literally nacho lunch. I benefit none whatsoever making up something that's not true. Considering that $20.00 a tip for someone's food you might have looked at, taken pride in and actually fed. The Potato 🥔 salad was delicious. Keep in mind I can't just drive back 15 or so miles from Berea to try to get a better sandwich. I don't even wanna drive back one block to do that. I benefit none from giving you a bad review. I'm not even sure if you or anyone else reads these things? Customer service was it ever a thing? You don't want me to elaborate on your robot 🤖 having a bad day, everyday employees. Why do I feel like I should be the one to say I'm sorry???

3 rd time trying to get a tuna unwich. I give up. The straw was when I had a conversation with the guy taking my order about how clear I needed him to know that I can’t eat bread and want an unwich. I explained that the two previous times I had ordered it I had gotten a sandwich instead of an unwich. Still got a sandwich. My bad I should have checked it before I drove off but I felt certain that he understood. Called the store 1 hour 16 minutes ago and the guy said they would bring me an unwich. I live 3.1 miles away. Still no unwich. I could have driven it myself 11 times by now. Called them back and told them to just forget it. I’m done. I use to get a weekly meal for my family from there. I lost around 24$ by giving 3 chances. They loose hundreds by loosing my business.
