Went there at 12am went to the drive thru. The guy was rude and then told me that they are not taking orders cause they only had 2 workers. If that's the case then close the doors or get management in there and work it.

The worst mcdonald's in Richmond. No customer service at all . The food tastes like wet cardboard . Save you money . I'm seating here waiting for my food (15 MIN) and just love watching worker scratch their head and go back to work. I left .

Every single time I go here anymore. The workers have earbuds in. On top of most of them being extremely rude. And I get it, but I stop trying to understand when I have to wait 15 seconds to get a cashiers attention to GIVE THEM MY MONEY. Literally, the girl was sitting down, looking down at her phone and had an earbud in in the ear facing the customer. She then proceeded to not greet me with any kindness but instead looked at me like I was the problem and kept having to say “huh” when I said keep the pennies. Then on top of that, the worker at the second window, HAD AN EARBUD IN THE SAME EAR. She never smiled or greeted me. Shoved the food in my hand, then I hold the bag open and asked for ketchup, but because she wanted to rush and have the earbud in, she didn’t even hear me. So I waited, until she FINALLY looked over and asked what I wanted. It’s getting ridiculous anymore.

The food was good and the cashier brought the elderly man with me his coffee right away. While I was at the drink fountainhead brought our food to the table. The staff was very friendly and the hospitality was awesome.
