So my family places an order and asked me to pick it up. I go to pick it up. They give me three boxes asked me if I wanted a receipt regrettably I said no that’s OK. Trusting the fact that they gave me everything. So I guess it’s really my fault. Because I should’ve checked my receipt but I get all the way home And learn that’s not even half of the order. These people wasn’t even gonna call or let anyone know that stuff was missing and when I call them, they said oh if you want, you can come back. We’ve got the rest here. I tell you what if you order anything from this place make sure you check your receipt. other than the dishonesty of the employee, which I should’ve gotten her name, but I didn’t. The food is great.

I usually love this place, but I had a sad experience.
I had spent about $50 on food there, picked it up and struggled carrying it because it was five boxes stacked up, not having a bag or anything to carry it in. I got almost to my car and my wings fell off the top and onto the ground. I went back in there and had to pay $10 for a new order of wings.
I understand I am at fault. I dropped them, not the workers. But where I manage at, we replace food people drop as a common courtesy because they are already valued customers who spent their time and money at our location. I know how sad it is to just pay for food then drop it. I was already having a bad night so this just put me in tears as it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. A common courtesy would’ve made me feel happier and value the restaurant even more.
Paying $10 to replace it was a smack in the face. Maybe Papa John’s should value customer satisfaction over money and they would keep more customers. Now I don’t really wanna go back because of the negative emotions occurring.
Like I said, it wasn’t the workers’ fault. I just wish they could’ve replaced them and saved me $10 that I already felt guilty spending. Maybe I’m coming off as a Karen wanting free food, but it’s the principle.

Papa John’s never disappoints! The staff are always super friendly and are always helping out people around them. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s multiple times, and the quality is always consistent. The crust is perfectly baked! I especially love their garlic bread sticks. Great value for the price. Highly recommend if you’re craving a classic, satisfying pizza!

We got 2 pizzas and cheese sticks from here tonight (03-30-2025) for our family because it's been a long day and we didn't feel like cooking. Doordash delivered it very fast and the food was fresh and everything was great! Thank you!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Phone number you call goes to a "call center", not the actual store. Person answering the phone at the call center spoke very broken English. Order was delivered to wrong address, then returned to store. Store manager (Marissa) did great to try and help, but she advised us that they had no actual Papa John's drivers, so they now contract DoorDash. This is all on Papa John's and Doordash. The GM should be ashamed of his business and I hope Marissa has a successful career later in life working for a much better company. She deserves it.

Our office ordered pizza, cheese sticks and i ordered wings. Needless to say I got food poison from this nasty place and was very sick from it. Called the store couldn't get an answer and then the next day they were shut down and tried to say because of plumbing issues no its because their food was making people sick. I will NEVER order from this filthy place again

I like Papa John's, it's usually not bad for a chain pizza place. The pizza from here is pretty good (even though they never cut the slices evenly lol). My only complaint is that I've ordered the brownies 3 times and they're always super dry and crumbly.

So i ordered the honey Chipotle wings. Let me tell you these are the best wings from a pizza place I have ever gotten. The next day I ordered 2 lol. They have enough meat. Compared to Domino's, their baby wings cannot compete.
