Our local Keeneland Dr Pizza Hut location is pickup or delivery only so atmosphere is not a concern. They do have a drive thru that is very convenient, which is why I went with 4 stars. The people at the window and the delivery drivers are always very polite and personable. Most of all, the pizzas and cheese sticks never disappoint! (We do not order other options, so not sure about other menu items.)

Always a great experience at this location. The workers are friendly and orders have always been right. One time they were out of tomatoes and a team member called to tell me that and asked what I wanted for a substitution or said he could take the charge for that topping off the total bill. I really appreciated that. They have great deals as well. Check them out!
