I’m annoyed, they have a dumb automated response system when you go through the drive thru and then I get my food the bun is hard and in half and it looks like 5 dudes came all over the burger. Disgusting bro.
Food is alright. But thats the last time I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 pieces of chicken.

Observed the general manager donna i believe was what her name tag said she has red hair making out with one of the co workers while i was at the window ordering my food.

I ordered two double Rally burgers- no cheese- no mustard- no ketchup. Both burgers had cheese on them. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake bites for my first time. They were VERY dried out. Like they had been drying for a couple days. Will not get those again. I tried ordering in their app but it would not let me order what I wanted so I went thru the drive thru.
