That was the absolute weakest latte I have ever gotten. Even after getting 2 extra shots of expresso it was still weak. Like either they are reusing the coffee or something is wrong. The ratio is off or something. It was horrible.

They charge me 8$ + extra here for a matcha tea i happen to get in all surrounding counties for 6$+
They hurry you through drive threw and when I told them what I wanted they ask again? then after I paid i was handed the wrong size. Two ppl on the headset made it hard for them to both talk an hear.

Coffee is overpriced. Drive thru is the way most people buy coffee here. Food is overpriced but good. The best is a latte

Disappointed this morning. The matcha latte was very chalky tasting first drink had to dump it out. Went through the drive thru and was crunched for time or I would have taken it back in. Wasted $6

Stopped on the way out of town…staff is young and rude - coffee was awful and had to have them remake it 3 times. The quality of Starbucks gone down - might as well serve me Dunkin….

In berea i got the same thing i got here with a venti and it was less expensive then what i got here in this location in a grande i’m beyond furious and will not be coming back and letting everyone i know, know about this ridiculousness

Great service, they do make mistakes but make it right when they do. When possible this location tries to be fast and efficient which is saying something because they are right beside the interstate and that makes them very busy. Most of their staff tries very hard to do a great job every day and are fun con people to talk too. I only gave the food three stars because it could use some work but I'm an it's all prefab and not the staffs fault but rather reflects on a corporate level of business. Parking sucks so park at panda express and walk over and save yourself stress. I like how they draw holiday specific drawings on the counter if a new picture each week. I find cute and visually appealing. For the next week they will be closing an hour early at the hour of 9:00 p.m. I was told by the barista that after the next week is over they should go back to their regular hours as long as they can find enough staff to staff the store.
Vegetarian options: I really like the breakfast egg white wrap and the lunch mozzarella basil sandwich personally. They're not very big though but I don't eat a lot for breakfast and I eat these both for breakfast. They are both good in my opinion and are not a ton of calories.
Parking: The parking lot sucks and can be dangerous. First it's small and hard to turn around in and always busy. If you enter the drive thru you are stuck there is no way to exit it.

I always enjoy grabbing a quick coffee from this location on my way through town. Located right off the interstate, this is definitely a high profile store.
