Terrible!!! I mean terrible!!! The team is so uncaring and rude. Don’t even greet customers correctly they just rolled their eyes and say “order on the kiosk! Recently decided to dine in here with my husband on his lunch break. As we sat down to enjoy our lunch Immediately grabbed my taco and it was SOAKED in grease. I mean literally to where it was making me sick. I watched my husband take it back up to the counter calm and polite as could be to ask for a new one to be made for me only to hear the woman behind the counter go “ What’s Wrong With it??? As rude as she could possibly be and I was outraged 😡😡😡😡😡 what the hell do you mean what’s wrong with it??? It’s literally soaked, I mean no joke the wrapping had greased dripping off it…. Clearly, they never take the food safety courses as required by a lot of fast food places since they want to have employees pose stupid questions like that!!!! Unless you’re looking to get sick, don’t come here!!!!

this is consistently the worst taco bell I have ever been to. the guy who took my order was nice and it was quicker than normal, but the food was so god awful. the cheesy roll up was not melted and had 2 tablespoons of cheese in it MAX. the nacho fries were barely warm, and worst of all, the steak grilled cheese burrito was basically empty. it had MAYBE three tiny pieces of steak and a tablespoon of rice. literally the biggest waste of money in the world. i basically paid $9 for a tortilla with cheese in it. $13.53 I’ll never see again. I really should stop coming back, but I really want taco bell sometimes.
The oil that the Mexican pizza shell was cooked in was rancid. Tasted awful!!!! Boy, and the smell. Smelled like burnt chemicals. Please change the grease. Second time this has happened in the last month. I will no longer be stopping to eat here ever.

Taco bell usually delivers, but not the past couple of times (few weeks). Tonight's did it for me, either indefinitely or for a while at least. Here's a Cheesy Double Beef burrito --- got two, other is the same way.
Haven't bothered to look at the items in the rest of the bag yet. Guess Im not looking forward to more disappointment.

Customer service worker was incredibly rude and pushy, refused to make anything other than DoorDash and even refused my app order. Waited in line for almost thirty minutes just to be told we can’t order unless we’re picking up a DoorDash order. Never coming back, would not recommend.

Ordered a plain soft taco and received a supreme. Ordered one pack of three tacos and got charged for three packs, all of which were very greasy and falling apart. Ordered cinnamon twists and got chips instead.
