“Gave me an extra fry for waiting ⭐️ also threw some bbq nuggets in there, that’s customer care at its finest! Not only that but the staff was friendly, polite and didn’t shy away from helping the customer (us) meet our needs. Out of the few Wendy’s in Richmond this specific store is 👍🏼

“A solidly good Wendy's. Been here multiple times and it's my favorite in the area and right off the highway. Relatively new building. Everything is nice and clean inside, including bathrooms. Food is fresh and staff is efficient. Quick in and out even at lunch.“
