I just want to give a shout out to Paula and her staff! They do our Wednesday night meals @forksofelkhornpastist. They do such a great job, always good food. This last one, our Holiday Meal last night (for Thanksgiving and Christmas), was also delicious! Her stuffing/dressing is awesome. So, if you are thinking of ordering from them, you won't be disappointed. The BEST thing - the 7 layer salad! I had it for "dessert" last night, even though they have great desserts as well.

I always get the fried catfish dinner with home fries when I come here. The batter/breading on the catfish is very unique and flavorful. I also love the large proportions they give you (when you order from the menu instead of the buffet) because I can take home lots of leftovers. Small buffet with delicious home cooking. I highly recommend the salmon patties along with the beans and cornbread! There was a salad bar and several desserts to choose from. Even though it was a very busy day due to the annual 127 Yardsales, we were still seated quickly, and the waitress was polite and attentive.
