Great pizza great service!My grandkids were here and I'm trying to feed six people, eight people swimming at a pool. I just want to get some pizza to add to our lunch, late lunch :-) I ordered my pizza at about 3:20 I was told it would be 7 to 8 minutes. I drove there which probably took me five or six I'll walk in the gentleman says it will be done in a couple of minutes. Pizza done I got two large pepperoni pizzas one thin one regular crushed the young man had medium length curly hair and glasses he was so kind and so helpful and I have to say it's the best Papa John's pizza I've ever had in my life and I have had a business in J-Town for 38 years. And it will knock Pizza Hut off the wall. At least that's my opinion. I paid almost $22 with change for two large pepperoni pizzas we still have a few pieces left we did add it with fruit but I'm telling you you need to try this it's one of the best deals I've had in a long long time! Thank you guys at the Papa John's Pizza in shelbyville! I truly do appreciate it, Sydney Adams

Order a lg sausages, and pepperoni and got a half cut up pizza with maybe enough sausage and pepperoni for two slices of pizza.

They have started outsourcing to doordash, therefore causing mass confusion and issues. I'd rather just be told there is no driver and for us to come pick up. Not at all worth the time as of now.

Pizza just didn’t taste good and not because the wrong toppings were on it. Had to ask girl at front desk for the extra sauce I paid for because she looked at the order and was unable to get all sauces ordered that were printed on the label. Serious attention to detail issues.
Ordered pizza and breadsticks on 12-1-24, the doordasher dropped my order off on my door step, never knocked, rang the doorbell or attempted to notify me, my order sat outside in 30deg temperature for over 30 minutes before I called the store to check on my order and they said it had been delivered. The store manager acted like it was a pretty normal issue with doordash. The store refunded my money, I sure hope the dasher didn't get his tip. I would give this store a zero star review if I could

The hottest of garbage I’ve ever ordered. I quit eating Papa John’s for the last 7 years because it was awful. We decided to try again. Nope. Didn’t cut pizza. One giant wheel o’ pizza and undercooked, even though we ordered “well done.” Literally the nastiest thing you can order. Be gone Shelbyville PJ’s. Be gone all PJ’s. Relics of the past.

This Papa Johns forgets to give everything you order... Try calling them to sort it out? Good luck! They just put you on hold! Enclosed is a picture of the hold time and I still never talked to anyone. Will be contacting my bank for a refund tomorrow because Papa Johns won't talk to me.
