Nót a fan of the new management very scatter brained and
Super slow. I ordered online.In waited to go pick it up and still had to wait over 30 minutes in the store.People who were coming in and ordering at the counter got it way ahead of time. And people waiting in line were really losing their patience. I know it's hard but there was no communication about our orders either. Food was good though.

I have been here twice and have been very pleased. It is a little bit pricey compared to subway, but the quality of food is way above. I would recommend.

It took over 45 minutes to make 2 orders when there was absolutely no one else in the store. The lady making the food kept falling asleep and was high on something. The store was complete Chaos from beginning to end. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible customer service. You can tell the moment you walk in it’s nothing but chaos behind the counter starting with the lady who took my order.When someone is telling you what they want, DON’T INTERRUPT THEM.LISTEN…I had to repeat my order back to her because she kept asking me odd questions.Since when does the cheesesteak come with anything but sautéed onions? It literally took her almost one minute to type in my order.On top of that, it took them almost all of my 30 (22 minutes) minute lunch break to get me my sandwich.After witnessing 2 people who came in after I did get their food, I approached the counter and ask them the status of my order.Then they have the nerve to get smart with me. It turns out my food was sitting there luke warm.I didn’t bother to go back in because I only get so much time for lunch.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!Rude and unorganized!!!
Food made us both sick. Staff were rude when picking up, took 20 minutes for them to acknowledge another customer came in (bf picking up order) and was waiting in line (they made eye contact) and when he tried to get their attention they just muttered “**** off” as they turned around. Surprised they actually made the order given he had next to no chance to actually talk to anyone and was mostly ignored until the name was called.
I never do reviews but they took forever to make our sandwiches and others that walked in after me got there’s first. Sandwich’s were cold by the time we got them.
The food was good! Always is! The lady that took our order has a lip piercing.she Was super rude. She came over and just stood there and stared at us so I started ordering and she raised her hand up. Like she was telling me to wait but that’s rude. Please just be like can you wait just a second and ask me the question you need to ask.then when I continued ordering she kept interrupting me and just talked to us like we were degenerates. Then I asked for a handful of mayo and she gave me 3 packs after already not putting extra mayo on my sandwich like I asked. Then someone from corporate or some higher position driving a penn station car came in and man did her attitude make a full 360 when we were leaving she was like I hope y’all have a great day thanks for coming in! I definitely will not be returning when she is working. Also I want to add we were the only ones in restaurant the entire time we were there so it wasn’t like she was super busy and that’s why she was acting that way.
they don't do a very good job of making your order right. and they're phone number doesn't call the store, it's just a machine that doesn't direct you anywhere. lost money and time having to find dinner else where.
I have literally never wrote one of these reviews before but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. On Sunday 4/30 I ordered online 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived 5 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready. The girl at the front was helping someone with their order so I went straight to the register where the sign says to pick up orders. There was one other girl working. She saw me standing there and proceeded to squeeze lemons. 5 minutes later she acknowledged that I was standing there and asked if I had placed an order and I told her yes. She immediately turns around and goes back to squeezing lemons. Another 5 minutes goes by and she hands me a bag to which I ask her if that was mine because she never asked who I was. I look in the bag and see fries and tell her that’s not my order, I did not order fries. She asks me if I am Naomi to which I reply no that is not me. The girl behind me, the only other customer there, replies that that is hers. I tell her my name and she’s goes to look for my order. She says that it has been sitting over there for a while and she doesn’t know why the girl at the front did not help me. I tell her that the girl at the front was busy and I had already ordered, hence the reason I was standing under the pick up order sign. She’s says well I asked if you had already ordered. I said yes, I told you I had ordered but she never asked me anything else about my order or who I was. The girl at the front was taking another order of someone coming in the front door and preparing ALL the food. The fact that she acted like that girl who was doing literally everything else had somehow been the one to completely ignore me while she had her back to me squeezing lemons while I stood at the register for 10 whole minutes waiting on an order that was done 5 minutes before I ever walked in the door is beyond me.
