Great tasting, fresh food cooked to order. However, they are a little pricy for a sandwich place (but nowadays who isn't) and there were only two employees working the lunch rush who couldn't be bothered.

So just happened to walk in to pick up our online order had to wait an additional 15 minutes there's four female employees standing around gabbing while one guy was working his tail off trying to play catch up not to be sexist here but this is absolutely absurd and unacceptable that there's five employees in there with a backed up line of not only walking customers but online orders with that amount of employees this place should be rocking and rolling management definitely needs to step up their game and take control of their employees

Super slow. I ordered online.In waited to go pick it up and still had to wait over 30 minutes in the store.People who were coming in and ordering at the counter got it way ahead of time. And people waiting in line were really losing their patience. I know it's hard but there was no communication about our orders either. Food was good though.

It took over 45 minutes to make 2 orders when there was absolutely no one else in the store. The lady making the food kept falling asleep and was high on something. The store was complete Chaos from beginning to end. Absolutely terrible.

You can tell the moment you walk in it’s nothing but chaos behind the counter starting with the lady who took my order.When someone is telling you what they want, DON’T INTERRUPT THEM.LISTEN…I had to repeat my order back to her because she kept asking me odd questions.Since when does the cheesesteak come with anything but sautéed onions? It literally took her almost one minute to type in my order.On top of that, it took them almost all of my 30 (22 minutes) minute lunch break to get me my sandwich.After witnessing 2 people who came in after I did get their food, I approached the counter and ask them the status of my order.Then they have the nerve to get smart with me. It turns out my food was sitting there luke warm.I didn’t bother to go back in because I only get so much time for lunch.AVOID THIS LOCATION!!Rude and unorganized!!!
