This location has turned my favorite restaurant into my least favorite. My fiance and I order breakfast from here on Saturday mornings (delivery). I do not recommend delivery because they NEVER get it right. Props to them though, they do find new and creative ways to mess up our order each week. Missing ingredients, missing sauces, forgetting items, making the item wrong, and overall poor food quality sometimes. I love Panera, but have concerns about the Shepherdsville location and Covid-19 restrictions. The cashier handles your money and your cups. That's gross. And I thought the new rules restricted self serve drink dispensers??? Coffee still in pots for self service, along with the milk in self serve canisters. I wanted 1/2 & 1/2...it was handed to me from someone in the kitchen without gloves and long fingernails🤢. As I said, I love Panera Bread, but might see if Starbucks down...read full review
