Philly is absolutely terrible. Fries are mid at best, the ranches are sitting on the counter at room temp for who knows how long. Complete health hazard.
Poor service. The kid who took order from my son looks like robot. Didnt speak english, forgot to make the food. Than 30 min later food came wrong order. The managers didnt even said I am sorry.
