“My father and I drove a couple hours to eat at flavor isle because we saw it featured on a food blogger that we follow. We both had the double bacon burgers, onion rings, and peanut butter shake. The best burger I’ve had in a long time! The onion rings were so crispy and fluffy, nice and piping hot! And the peanut butter shake was so creamy and rich. This is a tiny place, not fancy at all. Just a little burger and ice cream shop in a small town. But the flavors and foods pack a punch! It was well worth the drive and so thankful this place is still thriving! Highly recommend it.”

“You know we eat a lot of Mexican food, this was just okay. Nice personable staff, messed up one of our four dishes, we ordered chicken they gave us beef, maybe that's just language and communication.... very personable and apologetic. Most of our food was lukewarm and portions were just minimal. Atmosphere - really like the hand paintings on the wall! We may try it again - just okay and decent to good for this part of the world...”

“Pizza place/Chinese joint in a strip mall. Pizza was good and fresh made. According to my wife the real star was the fried rice and Chinese food. She says the best Chinese comes from the sketchiest places.”

“Clean and friendly restaurant with wonderful staff. The trout was excellent and the biscuits. Biscuits are so much better than dinner rolls. Breakfast buffet was really good and came with coffee and drinks. The fruit was fresh and delicious. We are currently waiting on pie- I’m confident desert will be fantastic too.”
