“It has been a long time since a restaurant has completely and thoroughly impressed me. Peruvian cuisine would normally not have been on my radar, but we were traveling and decided to try something new. The manager met us at the door and shook everyone's hands and greeted us in the kindest way possible. The servers were extremely knowledgeable with the menu and the origin of the foods. Then the food came out. I'm not exaggerating one bit when i say we were all blown away with the quality, flavor and presentation of the food. IT WAS AMAZING !!! We will be back soon to enjoy this phenomenal family owned and operated restaurant.”

“We LOVE El Mezcal Mexican Grill - Restaurante & Taqueria! It is our families favorite place to eat in Somerset. Jesus & his staff do a phenomenal job. They are super friendly, the food is always amazing, it's affordable and they're always happy to see customers! The authentic tacos are our favorite but the shrimp fajitas are a close second. The margaritas are on point! There are tons of mexican options in Somerset that are good, but this family owned gem is our spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The food was awesome, but the service even better. We had never been to a Slim Chickens before but are getting one in our town (opening Monday in London, KY). We were in Somerset and decided to give it a try to see if we should be happy to be getting one or nah. We went into the restaurant as you do all new places; a bit confused as to what is offered, what you should order, even the flavors of things. To my delight, the young lady behind the counter (named Jessi S. ) immediately made us feel comfortable- not rushed at all- while admittedly my husband and I were taking a bit. In fact, she very happily explained the menu, the flavors of the sauces, the different options and even her personal thoughts about the food (basically ALL of it was amazing she said with complete sincerity that was seen in her face, but she shared a few personal favorites as well). We thoroughly enjoyed each bite of our tenders and wings, and might I add that your ranch is ah-mazing! I believe I could nearly wash everything down with it! Back to the service, I made eye contact near the end of our meal with Jessi and she asked what we thought, once again expressing true interest our opinions. I don't know about the rest of your staff, as this was our first visit and we only interacted with Jessi, but she is a Jewel! very good for your business. Wow. We left both feeling very pleasantly surprised and thoroughly convinced that we will be loyal customers of the Slim Chickens we are receiving here in London, after just one visit at your Somerset store.”

“Ordered food for a retail establishment for black Friday to feed our hungry crew. They were courteous and prompt, even when I changed the pick up time to be earlier. They even helped me bring it to my car!!! The food was hot and delicious and enjoyed. Definitely 100% best customer service I've received in a long time!!!!”

The first day of our getaway we came here due to being close to our hotel. The second day we came back due to the amazing food and service! I wish we had one closer to our home in Hartford, KY. The first day we had 5 servers and a manager checking on us. The second day we had our waiter, the off duty bartender, and the manager. I can not praise this staff enough and look forward to our next trip!”

I think it’s also important to note how much the manager Heather Compton does for our community here in Pulaski County. She is always willing to help support local sports teams and even goes above and beyond with other local fundraising specials when necessary. That’s the kind of businesses we like to support, and then spread the word. Definitely recommend Penn Station in Somerset, KY!”

“I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. you can tell they really care about making sure you’re happy with your meal.

But let me talk about the mozzarella sticks ..... hands down, the best I’ve had anywhere. Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, with that gooey, melty cheese pull that makes you instantly want another one. The marinara sauce had just the right amount of tang and spice to complement them perfectly. I could honestly come back just for those!

Everything from the atmosphere to the food was spot on. Chili’s never disappoints, and those mozzarella sticks are a must-try for anyone who loves a good appetizer done right.

“So I was just at this Taco Bell, the one in front of Kroger and I have to say this was some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had from any fast food chain!!! I had made a mistake on my mobile order with one of the drinks and had asked them if I could change it out to a Baja Blast Freeze. I told them I was sorry and if it was too much of an inconvenience they could just keep it the same (a Pepsi). Not only did they change it for me, they upgraded to a large! Bridget, the manager was SUPER nice and the two young ladies working the drive thru provided excellent service. They got my order completely right, sauces , napkins, straws....I know this may seem so small but it's the little things in life that go a long way plus the other Taco Bell across town absolutely sucks!!! I had been there a couple of times (food order was always wrong, no napkins, no sauces, etc.). So from now on, i will only go to this Taco Bell!!! Greta job you guys! The food was excellent by the way 😋”
