“I ate from there last night. Had a large five topping pizza that was on special for $11.99.. It was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in my entire life and I am 58 years old. It was delicious. The person at the window was very nice. All around great experience.“

“awful customer service!!! had to pull up and wait 30 minutes no food drove back around to the window and they had no clue about my order. I will not go back or recommend them to anyone!“
“Make sure you slice your deep-dish pizzas. Mine wasn't sliced. No biggie! I know you just opened. Also on the self-serve portal, make a sign that says the metal is hot. All in all, I am glad you are opened. It saves me a ton of time and the pizza is tasty!“

“I just want to thank the 2 people I had tonight with the lady in the drive thru and the gentleman who brought out my food. They were so very kind, their energy was lively , even had smiles on their face . Some of The best customer service I have had here in Somerset since moving here 11 months ago. I wish I got their names . Food was great too. But those 2 people were so awesome and I hope this management team sees that in these people. 🙏-Haley“

“I worked for Popeyes in Florida moved to Kentucky came there about a week ago and was very expressed with the customer service. Staff was very kind and the store was clean and food was fresh and very good. Good job to the Popeyes in somerset. Thank you for such wonderful service from a prior assistant manager of Popeyes.“

“If we could give this place a 6 out of 5 we would! The food is absolutely delicious, the environment is great, and the best service we have received at any restaurant in many years! The first day of our getaway we came here due to being close to our hotel. The second day we came back due to the amazing food and service! I wish we had one closer to our home in Hartford, KY. The first day we had 5 servers and a manager checking on us. The second day we had our waiter, the off duty bartender, and the manager. I can not praise this staff enough and look forward to our next trip!“
