Not to be a Karen, but how are you going to tell me that you don’t have any chicken breasts available and then park me and make me wait for the things you do have “available”?
Ordered KFC. Order was wrong. Ordered the chicken box with 3 sides (Mac and cheese x2 and mash potatoes and gravy). Got two orders of fries. How does someone mess up fries with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Also found a hair in the sand which. So gross and disappointing. They’ve always got my order wrong everytime I’ve been there
**** Worst Customer Service ****
Waited in the drive through almost 20 minutes. There was only 2 cars in front of ne.Recieved nothing but an attitude from the lady on the headset. Then greeted with the same attitude at the window. Our drink order was wrong. But overlooked because most places are understaffed and over worked. Was handed one bag out the window and then she immediately closed it.
