I had a guy named Nathaniel very good customer service helped me held the door for I asked him for straws he was very respectful and brought them to me at the north McDonald’s Somerset ky
The fries and mcdouble were good. The drive through was extremely busy for 2:30 in the afternoon. The only complaint is that the sweet tea was basically colored sugar water. Almost impossible to drink and I like my tea sweet.
I just ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they were cold. Tasted terrible. Very disappointing.

McDonald's in Somerset, Ky has convenient parking and is loved by kids. While wheelchair accessible, some customers experienced long waits to order and receive their food. Issues with overcooked fish and unhelpful staff were reported, including a situation where a customer was denied credit for a paid item. Despite these complaints, the restaurant remains a popular choice for families and individuals looking for a quick meal.
