When I tell you I'm so mad I feel like crying I'm standing in line waiting to order. It's like we weren't even seen at all. The lady comes to the next cash register and calls the man behind me to take his order. I asked am I in the wrong line the girl said no she is taking door dash on this register meaning the register i was standing behind. that's fine but to have a person get their order taken and I was there first is insane. Every time I step inside St. Matthews Mall I order from cinnabon, people are getting more and more disrespectful when it comes to black people spending their money at their business. It's already uncomfortable you don't get greeted here nor do you ever hear someone say I will be right with you. Then finally when I speak up I am acknowledged as a customer I just walked away without ordering because I am so upset going through this and they barely speak English. I am so so upset about this situation.

The board cost showed 16.99 for a 9 pack mini. They tried to charge at register $9 MORE than what is advertised on their sign. They said I was rude for saying it's false advertisement. Watching the lady ring up other orders it was charging more than advertised. Do not recommend this location.

Went to Cinnabon store in the Mall St. Mattews. I had a coupon from the books the schools sells and it was valid through 12/2025. Was really looking forward to enjoying a Cinnabon but when I went to use the coupon (buy one and a med drink and get one free) they told me the coupon wasn’t valid. If you’re not going to honor the coupon? Why put them in the schools coupon books?
I saw they were cooking cinnamon rolls so asked how long for a fresh pack of 6. I was told I’d have to pay $12 more for fresh. Then was told to wait 10 minutes for my friends pecan roll. We waited by the register just to be told they added pecans to MY older 6 pack of big rolls. For the service and the food it’s not worth $50.00 at all and highly recommend going elsewhere.

Cinnabon. Yum. What’s better than a big hot gooey cinnamon roll the size of grandmas saucer dishes with icing just perfectly melts on top? Not much. The drinks are great too. You’ll need something to wash this down with. Atmosphere? I guess that depends on if you want breakfast at the mall. I’d rather this place be easier to access, find, and honestly be freestanding. But let’s face it, if Cinnabon was any more convenient, Kentucky would rank even higher for obesity. If you haven’t tried a Cinnabon fresh from the store itself, this doesn’t compare to those Cinnabon imposters at the grocery store. Do it! You NEED this in your life. Cinnamon is good for you! ?
