The board cost showed 16.99 for a 9 pack mini. They tried to charge at register $9 MORE than what is advertised on their sign. They said I was rude for saying it's false advertisement. Watching the lady ring up other orders it was charging more than advertised. Do not recommend this location.

Went to Cinnabon store in the Mall St. Mattews. I had a coupon from the books the schools sells and it was valid through 12/2025. Was really looking forward to enjoying a Cinnabon but when I went to use the coupon (buy one and a med drink and get one free) they told me the coupon wasn’t valid. If you’re not going to honor the coupon? Why put them in the schools coupon books?
I saw they were cooking cinnamon rolls so asked how long for a fresh pack of 6. I was told I’d have to pay $12 more for fresh. Then was told to wait 10 minutes for my friends pecan roll. We waited by the register just to be told they added pecans to MY older 6 pack of big rolls. For the service and the food it’s not worth $50.00 at all and highly recommend going elsewhere.

The lady that was taking orders doesn’t speak very loud so you can’t hear her and then when I paid I gave her my money in her hand and she lays my change on the counter. To me that’s disrespectful!
Me and my boyfriend had got a cinnamon roll and churro. The churro was hard and tasteless! I took it back and the lady that spoke no English called her manager and her manager told her to give me a cookie instead. The refused to give me a cookie!! Of course we bit the churro and that’s what she had a problem with. It was too hard to eat so I just wanted something else for my boyfriend. She was very very rude!!
Cinnabon. Yum. What’s better than a big hot gooey cinnamon roll the size of grandmas saucer dishes with icing just perfectly melts on top? Not much. The drinks are great too. You’ll need something to wash this down with. Atmosphere? I guess that depends on if you want breakfast at the mall. I’d rather this place be easier to access, find, and honestly be freestanding. But let’s face it, if Cinnabon was any more convenient, Kentucky would rank even higher for obesity. If you haven’t tried a Cinnabon fresh from the store itself, this doesn’t compare to those Cinnabon imposters at the grocery store. Do it! You NEED this in your life. Cinnamon is good for you! ?

We asked to order the mini cinnamon rolls, and the lady was so rude by rude I mean she did not say a word. She seemed irritated and did not want to be there. I can see not liking or wanting to be at your job, but don't take it out on the customers. Judging by the other review, rude customer service is their thing. The cinnamon rolls were dry and old. I would not go here.

I could gain 100 pounds over the summer eating Cinnabon. It is beyond amazing. If you’ve never had a Cinnabon from here you don’t know what you’re missing. You should try it.
