I would really appreciate it if you guys hired someone to work the counter that spoke English! I asked for an iced coffee, regular with whipped cream and drizzle and she gave me two small coffee with nothing!!!! I told her five times! I want a credit or refund! ?

I could gain 100 pounds over the summer eating Cinnabon. It is beyond amazing. If you’ve never had a Cinnabon from here you don’t know what you’re missing. You should try it.

I wish these reviews would give us the option of leaving NO stars! Talk about unprofessional - whoever was working today (Veterans Day 2023) at approx 4pm, is clearly nasty and a liar and should not be anywhere near customer service. We repeatedly visit this store and always request Cinnabon with no icing. Never before had an issue. Female today argued that they don't sell them without icing. Husband advised that we always get it that way (I'm pregnant and while I want to indulge, I don't want to go overboard). He said he'd wait on the next batch they had in the oven - all she'd have to do is take it out and put it in a box. She said ALL those were already ordered. She lied. He stood by and watched her box them and put them out for sale. Her attitude was unnecessary and clearly common sense isn't her strong point. She gave him a hard time for no reason and clearly just wanted to be nasty. Ma'am maybe you need to work elsewhere - far away from customers merely looking to get what they're paying for!

I’ve purchased my items on the app. And gotten a receipt and they still won’t give me my order! There were English barriers and I tried to be respectful, but they keep mentioned QR code like I’m picking up for doordash and I told them I used the app there’s no QR code! Other customers were stating that my order was paid, but yet they stood their ground looking silly! There weren’t no one who could understand nor work the system that when someone order from the app you cash out! Don’t waste your time ! You will get frustrated. They lucky I’m not one of those people whom are racist and say off the way stuff! I respect them as much as possible!

Wow! Very impressed. Convenient location in the mall - workers were very friendly. She even gave us extra frosting after I requested it. We were lucky enough to get a fresh batch that had just come out of the oven too!

Got the frozen raspberry lemonade. Tasted like syrup. I drank not even half of the regular size, got the worst stomach ache, and threw up a couple hours later. I don’t know what it was in that drink that caused that.

Poor experience this morning! Their scanner was broken so I was unable to use the reward on my app; the employee just shrugged and offered no resolution. I went ahead and purchased something anyway since I was starving, but at opening (when everything should be available because no one else has purchased yet) the stock was EXTREMELY limited--it was a 15 min wait on a standard cinnamon roll. Communication was also limited and the employee could not understand that I wanted a cardboard container instead of a paper sleeve (who wants the icing to stick to paper?) for my items. Will not return.
