My wife and I were excited to grab some ice cream on Labor Day and decided to come here. Big mistake. First, my wife ordered the 'Surrender to Strawberry', and the lady working who was obviously new was asking my wife what goes in it (even though it's on their menu) and then had to call someone to find out what whipped topping was. The toppings were not proportional either and it ended up tasting horrible. Then, I ordered the cookie dough menu item and she went for the chocolate ice cream which I had to correct her that it should be cookie dough ice cream, then she proceeded to put white Oreos in it instead of cookie dough pieces. Which I just let her do at this point because we had been there for 10 minutes and my wife was basically done with her ice cream at this point. Then when it was time to pay she didn't know how to operate the cash register. So another call had to be made and another 5 minutes of standing there go by. I don't blame her because she was new but how can management be so irresponsible to let someone so new and unknowledgeable about the menu and register to work at the store by themselves?! Worst experience and won't be going back. Waste of money

The store was very dirty, and although I understand they may be understaffed, I waited over 10 minutes for ice cream. When I finally got it, the ice cream was melted. Very disappointing experience—would not return. 1/5 stars.

Very sad. Out of all the toppings that I wanted. Along that it looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The two employees mumbled so I didn’t even know what they were saying. When I pay $8 for some ice cream I’d like it to be a somewhat enjoyable experience.

Don’t order take out from this location!!! We have used door dash and left a good tip and they never get the order right. Missing waffle cone in first order and missing add ins on second order. They don’t do a good job at even reading what is requested. Get better employees or training. Store could be cleaner as well. Pretty low bar in comparison to other Coldstone locations.

I waited in line for ten minutes to pick up an online order and this is what I waited for. The only thing worse was watching the two employees laughing and joking with each other while not acknowledging me. You can’t have poor customer service and pass out melted ice cream. By the way I mention that I waited ten minutes because there was only 1 person in line in front of me.

Order was placed online said ready at 745pm and this what my ice cream looked like when I got home 6 minutes later… like wtf is this? Looks more like soup than ice cream… will never go back here.

Stood in the store 10 minutes, 2 people behind the counter, one possibly a manager who never looked up from paperwork, neither acknowledged my presence! Two other people walked in and one of the people spoke to them. The customer said to me that she had waited to be acknowledged due to the worker texting. That's too bad, I love coldstone but not enough to pay the prices AND be treated poorly!
This place is pathetic. My husband’s ice cream was basically pure liquid. I heard the girls behind the counter talking about how it was wrong but they still poured it into a bowl and handed it to him. Mine was wrong, as well, and tasted like freezer burn. Don’t bother going here, there’s too many other good options.

Got the 'love it' sized cup of ice cream...or so I thought. Got home to find out that it was actually a smaller cup of the ice cream put inside the medium cup. If this isn't fraud, tell me what it is!

Normally I love going there for great ice cream, but I stop by a few days ago and order a sweet cream (small size) in a waffle cone. I was given a spoon and in my way, while as I was getting to the middle of the cone with my spoon to my surprise my next bite had a piece of hair in it. So sad to have found this in my ice cream. Will not be returning. 😔

I love Cold Stone and we no longer have one at home so we wanted to take the opportunity to visit while in Louisville. We visited twice. The first visit was ok. Ice cream was great but service was just ok. Came back again when getting ready to head home and the door was locked during open hours. Attendant was in the back with headphones on. We waited at the door to try to get her attention and finally gave up. While trying to decide where to go someone else came to the door and started knocking multiple times until she opened the door. She popped the lock and immediately turned around, no apology or anything. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
