Don’t order take out from this location!!! We have used door dash and left a good tip and they never get the order right. Missing waffle cone in first order and missing add ins on second order. They don’t do a good job at even reading what is requested. Get better employees or training. Store could be cleaner as well. Pretty low bar in comparison to other Coldstone locations.

I waited in line for ten minutes to pick up an online order and this is what I waited for. The only thing worse was watching the two employees laughing and joking with each other while not acknowledging me. You can’t have poor customer service and pass out melted ice cream. By the way I mention that I waited ten minutes because there was only 1 person in line in front of me.

Order was placed online said ready at 745pm and this what my ice cream looked like when I got home 6 minutes later… like wtf is this? Looks more like soup than ice cream… will never go back here.

Stood in the store 10 minutes, 2 people behind the counter, one possibly a manager who never looked up from paperwork, neither acknowledged my presence! Two other people walked in and one of the people spoke to them. The customer said to me that she had waited to be acknowledged due to the worker texting. That's too bad, I love coldstone but not enough to pay the prices AND be treated poorly!

This place is pathetic. My husband’s ice cream was basically pure liquid. I heard the girls behind the counter talking about how it was wrong but they still poured it into a bowl and handed it to him. Mine was wrong, as well, and tasted like freezer burn. Don’t bother going here, there’s too many other good options.

Got the 'love it' sized cup of ice cream...or so I thought. Got home to find out that it was actually a smaller cup of the ice cream put inside the medium cup. If this isn't fraud, tell me what it is!

Normally I love going there for great ice cream, but I stop by a few days ago and order a sweet cream (small size) in a waffle cone. I was given a spoon and in my way, while as I was getting to the middle of the cone with my spoon to my surprise my next bite had a piece of hair in it. So sad to have found this in my ice cream. Will not be returning. 😔

I love Cold Stone and we no longer have one at home so we wanted to take the opportunity to visit while in Louisville. We visited twice. The first visit was ok. Ice cream was great but service was just ok. Came back again when getting ready to head home and the door was locked during open hours. Attendant was in the back with headphones on. We waited at the door to try to get her attention and finally gave up. While trying to decide where to go someone else came to the door and started knocking multiple times until she opened the door. She popped the lock and immediately turned around, no apology or anything. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
Store says open and open on the door while people are inside but are closed and wouldn't let us in. Makes no sense and unprofessional

My family came to this location on Saturday 5/10 at 5:40p and the door was locked. The sign was lit up that said “open”. The hours showed open until 10p. There was a worker in the back with headphones on who didn’t acknowledge us at the door until a few minutes had passed. My husband pointed to his watch and she shook her head no. Such a disappointment.

Ordered a custom cake I spent $60+ on. Day came for pick up (two weeks after I ordered) and they weren’t open when their sign and website said they would be. Waited 15 minutes and no one ever showed up so I hurried to get to my event with intentions of coming back later. Emailed the local owner and never got a response. Called an hour later to see if my cake was ready before I drove all the way back out there and they had no idea about my cake. They lost the order form but had my money from two weeks prior. They wanted me to drive out to show them the receipt and I just hung up and filed a claim with my credit card to get the money back. Super unprofessional.
