Ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday. Opened the box and the cake was completely blank, with no writing which was clearly stated within the order. Definitely dampered our celebration. Won't be returning to this location.

I should have followed my right mind and told the server to keep this slop he served to me. The whole vibes between he and his female co-worker were totally off. He left my ice cream melting as he fished out ingredients from the back and freezers up front. All of this while reading from a recipe paper handing at the toppings. I'm not sure he is even an employee. It was giving, "please come help me at my job" vibes. If so, please teach him the difference between cherries and strawberries!
The line grew and no one was greeted or told, it would be a moment.
This was the most lack luster, mediocre service/product I have ever received!

Ice cream was ok, but it had a hair in it, which we just tossed and didn’t say anything, because it happens and it was just a small strand. Employee in general had a bored out of her mind demeanor, but wasn’t rude or anything bad.
I recommend just buying ice cream and taking it home, but ok if you’re out and about.

Cookie dough with cookie in it. The girl behind the counter added chocolate chips that I didn’t want and immediately corrected it. It was soooooooo good. I will recommend the small. I got the regular size and it was too much. I love sweets, but it was like getting extra icing on wedding cake… it’s just too much. Highly recommend. Regular is the same cost as a small Blizzard at Dairy Queen… cold stone is much better!
Parking: Lots of good places in this shopping mall… so if Qdoba or McAlisters are busy… hard to park. You can park at Wendy’s.

Usually generally love Cold Stone and have visited locate in several cities around the US, however the experience at this location was subpar! The ice cream was completely melted (softer than soft serve) and the 2 girls working definitely did not want to be there. Disappointing dessert experience tonight!

Took 30 mins after getting icecream to be able to pay. Three young girls not knowing what was going on. Literally got out to car and cones was completely melted and fell apart. Now i get to clean my car out. Never ever again.

I stopped to get 2 32oz containers of ice cream ween the girl took my order she wasn’t happy about it so she made it with a bad attitude she didn’t wear gloves this is after touching money at the register While putting it on containers the ice cream was falling into her hands so she use her hands to put in containers so after both containers were Messi with ice cream and she didn’t clean them I’m very disappointed I’m not eating this ice cream I should have said something but the place was packed and I didn’t wanted to embarrass her

Can you all HIRE more people? The 2 girls working looked so overworked and there was a HUGE line.
This review is for the service, attitude and the employees. My family wanted to try a new ice cream store. We googled this location and we’re really excited to try. Once we got there the line was very long and from 3 employees it went down to one in about 15 min. We still decided to wait because the kids thought it was worth the wait. As soon as it was my turn to order I got the biggest attitude and was treated in the most unprofessional manner. I was Schocked that after waiting in line for more than 30 min it was just like in the movies/comedy skits you see on the tv”hurry up and buy”. I will never in my life come back to this place. Retrain your employees and treat all the customers the same regardless where they are from. It was really disappointing and my kids having to witness it after everything, no way.

I placed an order for my son’s birthday cake online to be picked up today, 2/19/24 at noon. When I came to pick up my order, they were closed! No sign or anything to indicate they would be closed today. If your store was going to be closed for President’s Day, there should’ve been a sign on the door and something online to prevent any orders from taking place today.
