I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. The people and the atmosphere here are amazing- it’s my favorite Heine Bros in Louisville for the vibes. But don’t order anything but a coffee drink here. When I ordered a London Fog, I just got hot tea with a splash of milk. And my banana Chaiberg (usually one of their specialties) didn’t have any chai mix in it at all.
I really like the way that this Cafe is set-up and it definitely has a very relaxing vibe. Moreso than your average coffee chain Cafe. Everything here is super comfortable, from the tables and comfortable chairs, to the relaxing music that is at a reasonable volume. For those reasons, this Cafe has be one my number one destination to come and do work, during the time that I'm here in Louisville. I came in at around 1w noon and even then there were 4 or 5 customers doing...
