As a paying customer I expected to get what I paid for when I went up to the counter I couldn’t help but notice the little tiny bugs that were running around on the floor and how filthy this place was. This isn’t my first time being here but I have to say it’s not the best and after seeing the bugs I didn’t even want my drink.

Today was my first experience at Lueberry. When I arrived in the line, I was the ONLY customer. I placed my order and I waited patiently. 3 people ordered after me amd walked away with their orders BEFORE me. I wasn't going to make a fuss so I just asked for a refund. I was told that since it was after 5, I could not get a refund until 6; it was 5:39pm. I was denied a refund to my card which was used a debit AND I was denied the cash option as well. When I asked why my order was skipped, I was ignored by both girls. One of them said she'd call the manager but she went to the back to talk to her and refused to give me her phone number. Eventually after about 10 more minutes of trying to come up with a solution for my refund, she eventually gave me a number to a person named Sierra who is supposed to be the management coordinator. The girl in the red shirt tried to minimize my concern by telling me that I am mad because I waited 10 minutes when I clearly stated that 3 different people came behind me and got their order before me. All orders are made to order so it's not like their food was ready and I was waiting on mine. I was left with unfavorable options 1) forfeit my food and money since i was denied a refund. 2) take the food and suck up how i feel about the way i was treated. Needless to say, after 20 minutes i left with a smoothie bowl that was mediocre at best! I have never experienced anything like this. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this kind of review.
UPDATE: I spoke to the Sierra, the management coordinator who told me "remember that they are just 16 year old kids." She agreed to send me a $10 gift card. Bottom line, this store is undertrained, unorganized with unrealistic practices and I'm quite sure it's illegal to have minors in the store unsupervised by a member of the management team. Oh and I WAS ALSO SCOLDED BY SEIRRA BECAUSE THE KIDS FELT PRESSURE TO GIVE ME HER NUMBER. Well if there was a mature and responsible person present then I wouldn't have demanded any phone number.
*deep sigh* Just don't go. Period.

They said their “cook” was on break so they decided to serve us liquid soup that was supposed to be an “acai bowl” and only had forks to eat it with. Would NEVER recommend this place. If the cook is on break just shut down the whole shop instead of serving liquid soup that cost $20. ( it wasn’t even cold and the bananas were rotten brown!)

I literally feel like I’m on an episode of punk’d right now watching the guy make my salad.. for half an hour… it’s literally all made you just put it in a box dude…
Lettuce is brown and soggy, order was WRONG, and there was a gnat in my food. Will never return or recommend.

I asked if the base is made with fresh fruits and the girl said yes. I got a mush of frozen juice and fruit. I can make a better acai bowl at home. Maybe it’s a good idea to stick to the salads.

Me and my family had lunch at Red Robin ,noticed a guy and a girl day drinking ( only noticed them because they were a little obnoxious ) guy had a home incarceration bracelet on his ankle ( I don’t think he should be day drinking) . Left went school shopping with my family walked back around towards Red Robin where we parked and my daughter wanted to try waffle . guess who was working ? The obnoxious duo that was day drinking (intoxicated) at Red Robin’s . Persuaded my daughter to go elsewhere. Do better please this is totally bad for business

Their salads are amazing! Every one I've gotten has been perfect. The last time I got the Far East Crunch Salad with salmon. Sooo good. This time I made my own and it's delicious. Also the kids working, Chase and Leilani, were so nice and patient while I took forever to pick my toppings lol.

This is the worst ever store I have seen.. ordered peanut butte some thing it feels like a spoon of peanut butter mixed in water..nothing else.. and they give half cup not worth itEdit: with these low laying thy better close it.
