We didn't go inside, we went to drive thru, the girl taking the order kept missing our fries, we explained it 5 times until we got our fries. We ordered the 40 piece chicken nugget and 2 large fries meal. They also wanted to charge us more for the fries they left out.

The food is never correct even if you order it just how it comes on the menu. The reason for the 1 star though is because there are no changing tables in the bathrooms. Twice we have taken our toddler there to play while we eat and both times our infant has needed a diaper changed. 1. I isn't safe. 2. It's inconvenient. Thankfully both of us where there each time because we had to change the baby in the car and trying to make the toddler leave and stay put outside while changing the baby would have been a nightmare. The last time we were there (and will ever be again) it was over 100° with the heat index so it wasn't even safe to have the baby outside so by the time we got her diaper changed she was screaming and nearly purple from the heat. This is unacceptable not to mention the fact that anyone driving through the parking lot has full view of my babies naked butt. That's not ideal.

I got the best service!!!I am handicapped. My left hand doesn't open far enough for me to grasp my drinks...so I always ask if they can set the drink on my car door so I can grasp it in my right hand and press it against my left arm to balance. The team member helped so much....I made a mess of it and she reset the frozen drink in a larger cup . She said her name was Gloria. She was so sweet and patient with me. Thank you for such a kind spirit.
