This McDonald’s had the friendliest staff when I visited with my nieces and nephews last night!! Very cool PlayPlace too! We will definitely be going back.
This says no cheese. I have a dairy allergy. This is a constant issue. Someone really needs to talk to the kitchen staff to figure out who can’t read. The drive thru staff are always great, but I can’t eat a sandwich with cheese on it.
I accidentally spilled all my food in the floor and they told me it was okay and re made my food for me and my kids, then brought it to me very friendly staff.

Customers have also reported rude and annoyed responses from the staff when requesting small additions like extra sauce for their breakfast burritos. The management has been encouraged to remind the team to treat customers with kindness and respect, as customer service is highly important.
Despite these issues, the restaurant has also received positive feedback. Customers have praised the fast and fresh breakfast, with the food being steaming hot and the chicken on the chicken biscuit being a generous size. The sausage McGriddle was described as the perfect temperature and delicious, and the caramel frappe was noted as the perfect drink.
